How your exceptional skills can kill goals and crush souls

Do you know how you will most likely crush the souls of the people around you? (I’m only exaggerating a little!) I know how, and this week’s video will help you figure out how it could happen for you.

Strangely, this annoyance factor is related mostly to what you do well, not to your gaps.

There are two reasons why you MUST be clear about what you do exceptionally well.

Reason 1: If you aren’t clear about what it is, you’ll unconsciously apply it too much and too often, and it will squelch your big goals AND endlessly annoy the people you work with. I explain that in this video, and share several examples of where it’s happened for my former clients.

Reason 2: If you aren’t clear about what you do well, you’ll rarely access your most amazing talent and skill—and usually only by accident when you do. We covered that in another video that’s still available to view here:    • Every high performer’s blind spot + h…

Who knew that Shakespeare was a coach when he wrote, “Know thyself.” He was right. Not knowing what makes you exceptional is not a permanent condition. Learn about it, today.
