When this guy talks, nobody moves

Could you boil your best life’s insights into 18 minutes? That’s what you’re expected to do in a TED talk.

Lt. Colonel Scott Mann, Green Beret (retired), is one of the most impressive human beings I’ve met. An amazing leader and teacher in combat and civilian life.

Scott just condensed some of his hard earned lessons into a TEDx talk. I think you’ll want to put them into action.

But as you listen, you won’t want to move. 18 minutes will fly by.

One of the many, many things I’ve come to respect about Scott is that he’s the same guy on and off the stage. He walks his talk.

Scott has a magic touch for helping people “punch above their weight” as he calls it. If you have big work to do, you need to hear this.

Scott’s a regular guest on CNN, Fox News, NPR, and many other outlets. But in a TEDx talk, he gets more than a few seconds to share a sound byte. He shares some very applicable ideas about how to lead at your greatest level.

Please invest 18 minutes in yourself and give this a view. And share it with people who you know will appreciate it—maybe even your kids.

If you can’t watch it now, please open your calendar and schedule a time when you will. It’s worth it.

Thank you, Scott.

Scott Mann offers us a window into a world that only few see. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to see his presentation. My own tracks will be influenced by what I saw and heard.
